As a Contract Support Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll manage all customer contract activities in order to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day, you’ll greet customers when dropping vehicles to site and handing back vehicles, provide service desk telephone support taking enquiries from customers, booking in maintenance, service and repairs for vehicles.
