Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Supervisor to join a leading Building Services and Facilities Management provider on a high-volume reactive works contract covering commercial sites across London and the M25.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Supervisor, Contract Supervisor, Small Works Manager or Building Services professional looking to move away from a heavily site-based position into a predominantly home-based technical and commercial role.
The position will primarily focus on managing a high volume of mechanical, electrical and gas quotations, with individual works typically valued at £3,000–£4,000. The contract currently delivers approximately £700,000 of quoted works every six months and has significant potential for future growth.
You will work closely with an established subcontractor who completes the initial site surveys and technical assessments. You will then review the proposed works and costs, apply commercial margins, produce client quotations and manage the process through approval and delivery.
Due to the nature of the contract, the successful candidate will be required to obtain CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) security clearance.
This position would particularly suit an experienced Building Services professional who is technically strong, commercially aware and experienced with quotations, but is now looking for greater flexibility and a better work‑life balance without the requirement to commute into Central London five days per week
