Job summary

Options Resourcing Ltd. is recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor (M&E) to lead on-site M&E maintenance at a high-end commercial site in King's Cross, London.

You will supervise engineers, oversee PPM and reactive works, and ensure safe, compliant operation of building services. The role requires a Level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, strong client-facing communication, and proven leadership in FM/building services environments.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Essential).
• Experience as Engineering Supervisor or Lead Engineer within FM / Building Services.
• Strong technical background in M&E maintenance.
• Experience working on high-end commercial buildings.
• Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of M& E engineers on site.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all technical issues and building services faults are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain and manage KPI and SLA performance.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Manage the permit-to-work system and safe systems of work.
• Assist with small project works and building shutdowns.
• Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships.
• Support the technical development and performance of the engineering team.
