Job summary

Alice Rose Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to join a leading Building Services and Facilities Management provider on a high-volume reactive works contract across London and the M25. The role is hybrid with 3–4 days work-from-home and primarily involves managing mechanical, electrical and gas quotations, typically £3,000–£4,000 each.

You will review quotes, apply margins, and oversee the process from initial surveys to delivery, with long-term progression

Qualifications

• Strong technical background within Building Services, M&E or Facilities Management.
• Experience producing, reviewing and managing quotations for reactive or remedial works.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage a high volume of M&E quotations.
• Review subcontractor quotations, scopes and technical recommendations.
• Apply appropriate commercial margins and ensure quotations are commercially viable.
• Manage reactive and remedial works across mechanical, electrical and gas services.
• Liaise with subcontractors regarding surveys, proposed works and delivery.
• Manage client and helpdesk expectations throughout the quotation process.
• Track outstanding quotations and progress approved works.
• Attend sites across London and the M25 when required.
