Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is recruiting for a Contract Supervisor for a major healthcare contract in the Stratford area. You will lead a team of seven engineers, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, and take ownership of day-to-day contract delivery.

The role emphasises supervisory responsibilities with occasional hands-on technical involvement, requiring strong client-facing communication and a solid FM/building services background.

Qualifications

• Established Supervisor with previous people-management experience.
• Strong technical / engineering background.
• FM or building services experience.
• Planned & reactive maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Technically astute, proactive and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

Location: Stratford area / South of Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 + Company Vehicle
Contract: Permanent

HVAC Recruitment are currently working with a leading Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced Contract Supervisor to work on a major healthcare contract.

This is a great opportunity for an established Supervisor with a strong technical background who is looking to take ownership of a busy contract and lead a team of 7 engineers.

The Role

• Manage and support a team of 7 engineers

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance

• Manage engineers' workloads, diaries and subcontractors

• Build strong relationships with the client

• Identify opportunities for additional works and increased self-delivery

• Take ownership of day-to-day contract delivery

• Predominantly supervisory rather than hands-on, with occasional technical involvement where required

We're Looking For
