Job summary

Core Search is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead site teams on commercial fit-out projects across Central London. You will supervise mechanical installations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to high standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing, ability to read drawings and specifications, and a hands-on leadership style. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and support commissioning and

Qualifications

• Hands-on Mechanical Supervisor with proven site leadership.
• Strong commercial fit-out background.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC and plumbing.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant mechanical qualifications / industry experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installations across commercial fit-out projects
• Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered to programme, specification and quality standards
• Coordinate with electrical, construction and other MEP disciplines
• Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager
• Assist with planning, sequencing and coordination of works
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure correct installation standards
• Ensure health & safety requirements are maintained at all times
• Support commissioning, testing and handover

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on Mechanical Supervisor who can lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure mechanical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role:

• Supervise mechanical installations across commercial fit-out projects
• Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered to programme, specification and quality standards
• Coordinate with electrical, construction and other MEP disciplines
• Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager
• Assist with planning, sequencing and coordination of works
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure correct installation standards
• Ensure health & safety requirements are maintained at all times
• Support commissioning, testing and handover

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Site Supervisor
• Strong commercial fit-out background
• Solid knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC and plumbing
