Alice Rose Recruitment Ltd is working with a leading Building Services provider to recruit a Contract Manager responsible for two high-profile commercial properties located in Central London. You'll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring service delivery, compliance and client satisfaction while leading on-site engineering teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Manager, Technical Services Manager or Engineering Manager.
• Strong commercial building services maintenance background.
• Experience managing commercial maintenance contracts.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services plant.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of two commercial buildings.
• Lead and support on-site engineering teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and service partners.
• Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is delivered to a high standard.
• Oversee statutory compliance, health & safety and building documentation.
• Review RAMS and manage Permit to Work procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and overall contract performance.
• Manage contract budgets and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce client reports and attend regular review meetings.
• Support engineers with technical guidance and operational planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across both contracts.

Alice Rose Recruitment is working with a leading Building Services provider to recruit a Contract Manager responsible for two high-profile commercial properties located in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager, Technical Services Manager or Senior Site Manager looking to join a well-established business where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, build strong client relationships and lead the delivery of high‑quality building services maintenance.

The Role
