Job summary

The Sureserve Group is seeking an organised administrator to act as the focal point of contact for customers across multiple contracts, delivering a high level of service and coordinating repairs and servicing.

You will schedule jobs, take ownership of contract administration, answer inbound calls, and log information accurately while supporting a range of contracts to ensure smooth operations and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience, preferably from a social housing/construction background.
• Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point of contact for our customers across multiple contracts and projects.
• Schedule jobs with customers across contracts.
• Take ownership of contract administration while coordinating with other contracts.
• Answer inbound customer calls relating to repairs and servicing in a courteous manner.
• Answer queries and own issues through to completion.
• Raise jobs and book appointments using the main customer database and log information accurately.
• Perform all ad-hoc administrative duties.
