• Experience managing or supervising colleagues.
• Knowledge of health and safety and environmental legislation (desirable).
• Experience with audits and compliance processes.

• Ensure data integrity across systems.
• Maintain and develop performance reporting framework.
• Produce regular performance reports and MI packs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and internal targets.
• Coordinate external audits and compliance activities.
• Conduct depot audits and support environmental compliance.
