OA Group on-site contract manager role at a client site in Northampton oversees temporary recruitment and delivery. You will manage the workforce, register candidates with full compliance, and report regularly on recruitment activity.

Ideal candidates will have a recruitment background, solid account/contract management experience, and excellent communication to handle multiple priorities and growth periods.

Qualifications

• Background in Recruitment is essential.
• Experience within a Contract Coordinator/Manager or Account Manager role.
• Confident in speaking and meeting new people is essential.
• Willingness to learn is key.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client to understand their recruitment requirements
• Manage temporary workforce
• Register new candidates, ensuring fully compliant
• Providing regular, accurate and meaningful reports
• Identifying issues early on and create practical solutionsSupporting the client through periods of growth, change and increased demand
