Osborne Appointments is seeking an experienced On-Site Contract Manager to oversee temporary recruitment for our Northampton client. This role requires strong contract and account management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across priorities while delivering regular reports.

You will work closely with the client to understand recruitment needs, manage the temporary workforce, register new candidates compliantly, and support growth with proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in recruitment is essential.
• Experience as Contract Coordinator/Manager or Account Manager.
• Confident in speaking and meeting new people.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities
