OA is seeking an experienced Contract/Account Manager to work on our client's site in Northampton, managing their temporary recruitment. The role is on-site and requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to understand client needs and deliver compliant, timely staffing solutions.

The position offers a basic salary DOE plus commission and bonuses, with a focus on proactive problem solving and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Recruitment is essential.
• Experience within a Contract Coordinator/Manager or Account Manager role.
• Confident in speaking and meeting new people is essential.
• Willingness to learn is key.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client to understand their recruitment requirements.
• Manage temporary workforce.
• Register new candidates, ensuring fully compliant.
• Providing regular, accurate and meaningful reports.
• Identifying issues early on and create practical solutions.
• Supporting the client through periods of growth, change and increased demand.
