Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead a large, on-site team and deliver service excellence across a high-volume temporary workforce. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and organisational skills, with core hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm and flexibility to support operational needs.

The role oversees a workforce of ~400 temps, maintains staffing plans and client relationships, and drives compliance and process improvements to ensure contract delivery
