Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Contract Manager - Recruitment for a six-month fixed term contract. You will lead a recruiter team, oversee ~400 temporary workers and ensure top-tier service delivery from our Milton Keynes branch.

The role requires strong leadership, organisation and workforce planning, with flexibility to cover outside core hours and maintain client relationships and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters servicing a large-volume contract.
• Oversee supply of around 400 temporary workers.
• Conduct daily workforce check-ins and monitor attendance.
• Manage staffing levels to meet client requirements.
• Maintain staffing spreadsheets, reports and workforce plans.
• Liaise with temporary workers regarding attendance and shifts.
• Build strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Manage absence, retention and workforce engagement.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Drive compliance and keep worker documentation up to date.
• Support staffing and communications outside core hours.
