Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead a large, high-volume temporary workforce contract from our Milton Keynes branch. You will oversee a team of recruiters, ensure service delivery, and support contract operations from 7:00am to 4:00pm with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

The role focuses on strong leadership, meticulous organisation, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience managing a high-volume recruitment contract or temporary workforce.
• Strong people management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a recruitment team.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to be available outside of core business hours when operationally required.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters servicing a large-volume contract.
• Oversee the supply of approximately 400 temporary workers.
• Conduct daily workforce check-ins; monitor attendance levels.
• Manage staffing levels to meet client requirements.
• Maintain staffing spreadsheets, reports and workforce plans.
• Liaise with temporary workers regarding attendance and shifts.
• Build relationships with key client contacts.
• Manage absence, retention and workforce engagement.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance standards and worker documentation are up to date.
