Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a site coordinator to provide dual support for temporary staffing and outsourced contracts. Working closely with the client and the Adecco Operations Manager, you will lead recruitment planning, onboarding, shift management, employee relations and payroll for the site promotions and programmes.

This role is predominantly onsite, with hybrid options. You will manage headcount, attendance, holidays, weekly shift allocations, payroll queries and KPI tracking to support

• Headcount / Pool management to ensure availability of employees to satisfy client requests.
• Managing attendance, absence, holidays and employee relations conversations.
• Weekly allocation of shifts and management of any other temporary requirements at the site.
• Managing payroll processes, daily attendance reporting and associate queries.
• Scheduling site tours and inductions as necessary to support future planned activity.
• Tracking and compilation of site KPI's and support for outsourced contract

Job description

In this pivotal role, you will provide dual support for the site's temporary staffing requirements and outsourced contracts. Primarily working directly alongside our client and the Adecco Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for recruitment planning, onboarding, shift management, employee relations, payroll and project planning for the site promotional activities.

About you

Experience in shift management, HR, industrial recruitment, employee relations and payroll processing. This is predominantly an onsite role, but hybrid working is also an option. Flexibility to visit site as required is essential as is the ability to maintain site KPI's and trackers.
