Salary: £52,120 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
We're seeking a Contract Manager to join our Housing Management team, supporting the delivery of safe and thriving communities that our tenants are proud to call home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Estates/Environmental Services professional who is passionate about providing homes in a safe, well-maintained environment.
Utilising your contract management skills and financial acumen, you'll lead the procurement, management, and monitoring of various service contracts, including grounds maintenance, tree surgery, and communal cleaning. Your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, getting things right first time, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing contract management frameworks and conducting regular performance reviews.
In addition to managing contractor performance, you will lead and develop your team of Contract Officers and Administrators, providing coaching and support for their professional growth.
