Job summary

Trevett Project Services is recruiting for a mobile FM Contract Manager to oversee a brand-new contract across five sites in Southampton.

The role requires confident, forward-facing leadership with P&L responsibility and the ability to drive the contract forward to its full potential. Experience in Building Services, Hard FM and M&E contracts is essential, with mobilisation experience a distinct advantage. Interviews are taking place now with an ASAP appointment date.

Qualifications

• P&L management experience required or highly beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in contract management within FM/HVAC or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for mobilising a new contract across 5 sites in Southampton.
• Run the contract P&L and drive performance to maximum potential.
• Lead Building Services, Hard FM and M&E contract delivery with a proactive, forward-facing approach.

Mobilisation experience would be a great advantage as this contract has just been awarded.

This is a corporate contract which would suit a very a confident forward-facing manager who can run the P&L and drive the contract forward to it’s full potential.
