Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is partnering with a fast-growing Maintenance Service Provider in the West Midlands to recruit a Contract Manager. You will lead a team of mobile engineers, manage client relationships and drive P&L circa £1m across multi-site contracts.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, is proactive with strong leadership and commercial awareness. Salary £45,000–£55,000 plus car allowance, bonus, pension and 25 days holiday with BH and Birthday Off.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar Contract Manager role.
• Experience managing mobile engineers and multi-site contracts.
• Strong leadership, proactive approach and commercial awareness.

Our client is a fast-growing Maintenance Service Provider based out of the West Midlands. As a result of numerous contract wins it is looking to hire a new Contract Manager.

As the Contract Manager you must have a proven track record in a similar role. You will have experience of managing and developing client relationships, running a team of mobile engineers, P&L of circa 1m, pricing for minor works, running multi-site contracts and good leadership.

In addition, the Contract Manager must have an engineering background, be proactive, have commercial awareness and be keen to progress. Our client is a forward-thinking business when excellent leadership and ambition.
