Job summary

Acorn Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of mechanical and electrical building services maintenance contracts across London and the South East. This senior, client-facing role will lead delivery, strengthen customer relationships, manage engineering teams and drive contract performance for growth.

• Proven experience managing building services maintenance contracts.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical building services.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities
