We are currently seeking a competent Contract Manager to manage construction contracts and ensure smooth execution of business services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing contracts, ensuring compliance and promoting the best interests of the company.

Description

  • Oversee the execution of construction contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • Monitor contract performance to identify any potential issues and mitigate risks
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Develop and implement processes for contract management and administration
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract requirements are met
  • Conduct regular contract reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts

Profile

A successful Contract Manager should have:

  • A degree in business, law, construction or a related field
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
