Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Lead project execution by coordinating with team members and ensuring effective communication.

- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may affect project outcomes.

- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team engagement and motivation.

- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.

Qualifications:

- At least 10 years of experience in project management in Construction.

- Proven experience with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project).

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
