My client is seeking a Contract Manager to join on an initial 12-month basis. The role involves coordinating and delivering contract management across UK sites, liaising with Site Leads to ensure contract deliverables, KPI analysis, SCM governance, best practices, and continuous improvement at all levels.

Role Details

• Position: Contract Manager
• Pay: £40.43 per hour via Umbrella
• Location: Broughton
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours/week

Required Skills & Experience

• Supporting the Head of Technical Facility Services and Head of General Services to review, deliver, and monitor service delivery, including reporting
• Completion of supplier KPIs, management of change control
• Monitoring change controls
• Developing contracts through performance management
• Leading/supporting supplier reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• UK focal point for Central FM&RE SCM
• Interface with site teams and finance for budget management, risks, and opportunities
• Completing weekly and monthly reports
• Leading UK tenders within services perimeter
• Integrating new site service requirements aligned with FM&RE UK Strategy
• Managing service providers to KPI targets, including change control
• Providing leadership and subject matter expertise

Essential Experience

• Supplier contract management
• Supporting and representing the company in supplier reviews
• Facilities management experience
• Asset management experience (preferred)
• Good IT skills
• Strong communication skills
