Job Title: Contracts Manager - Planned Maintenance (Social Housing)
Location: Lewisham
Salary: 75,000 - 80,000+ 6,500 Car Allowance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale planned maintenance contract within the social housing sector in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader with a strong background in housing maintenance, team management, and commercial delivery.
Managing 10- 20m worth of planned maintenance schemes that will include both internal and external works such as k&bs, windows, doors, cladding, roofing, retrofit and decarbonsation.
