Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Drive project success with a clear end goal in mind.
• Oversee contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities.
• Ensure operations are efficient and aligned with the construction program.
• Adhere to H&S legislation, company policies, risk assessments, and method statements to ensure safe and thorough work practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading MEP operations, ideally 8+ years.
• Experience in high-density residential projects preferred.
• Trade or Degree qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Flexibility to travel to sites as required.
