Tasks

Here at United Living Property Services our refurbishment team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Contracts Manager to come and join us. We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects. Our ideal candidate will already be a Contracts Manager, managing multiple sites up to the value of £10-£15million.


Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.


Requirements

  • SMSTS

  • Asbestos Awareness

  • First Aid at Work

  • Relevant NVQ desirable


About You



  • 5 Years’ experience working for a refurbishment main contractor

  • Minimum 2 years working as a Contracts Manager

  • Leadership experience

  • Good data interrogation skills

  • Valid driving licence

  • Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers

  • Excellent client engagement skills

  • Excellent Health and Safety Awareness

  • Commercially aware

  • Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
