Job summary

Invictus Group in West London is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across a client portfolio in West London. This role focuses on ensuring contractual obligations, KPIs and SLAs are met while leading multi-site FM operations.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, drive efficiencies, and strengthen client relationships, with a strong emphasis on health & safety compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Manager or Senior FM role.
• Strong track record managing FM contracts and client relationships.
• Good knowledge of hard and soft services.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance and KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of facilities management contracts.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage operational teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor contract performance, budgets and financial targets.
• Drive service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee health & safety compliance.
• Oversee hard and soft FM service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and contract growth.
• Produce regular performance reports and attend client review meetings.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across a client portfolio in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and customer-focused Contract Manager with a strong background in facilities management, contract performance and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of facilities management contracts.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage operational teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor contract performance, budgets and financial targets.
• Drive service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and statutory requirements.
• Oversee both hard and soft FM service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and contract growth.
• Produce regular performance reports and attend client review meetings.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in a Contract Manager or Senior Facilities Management role.
• Strong experience managing FM contracts and client relationships.
• Good understanding of hard and soft services.
• Proven experience managing budgets, financial performance and KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Good knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.

Desirable

• IWFM/BIFM qualification.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience managing multi-site or large-scale FM contracts.
• Strong understanding of M&E services and building maintenance.
• Experience with CAFM systems and contract reporting.
