Qualificações

• Good understanding of homelessness legislation.
• Experience making decisions on homelessness applications.
• Experience helping clients prevent homelessness.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tailored housing advice and guidance to residents.
• Investigate and assess homelessness applications in line with relevant housing legislation.
• Take appropriate action to prevent and relieve homelessness.
• Create and monitor Personal Housing Plans with clients.
• Arrange suitable temporary accommodation where required.
