Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-site Facilities Management contracts.
• Experience in retail/hospitality sectors with soft FM services.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level engagement.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership across dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee £10m+ integrated FM contract across 50+ locations.
• Manage full P&L, ensure profitability and service delivery.
• Build executive client relationships and drive growth.
• Lead improvements, sustainability, and innovation portfolio.
• Coach senior leaders and grow the leadership team.
