Sureserve is a Liverpool-based provider of compliance and energy services, seeking a proactive administrator to schedule and coordinate engineering activities and support planned and responsive works.

You will work closely with customers, residents and engineers, manage changing priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure works are completed on time, contributing to high-quality service delivery.

Formación

• Experience in contract administration, scheduling or customer service in service delivery.
• Strong communication and organisation skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Calm, professional approach to changing demands and escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling and coordinating engineering activities, tracking job progress, and ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.
• Confirm availability and dates with engineers, updating schedules as requirements change.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle issues promptly while keeping customers informed.
