Job Description: Contract Administrator (Contract until 30/04/2025)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our M Renewables Division in the UK. In this key role, you will prepare, review, and manage contractual agreements supporting our renewable energy projects—ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and aiding the successful delivery of solar and sustainable infrastructure initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and change orders in line with company policies and legal standards.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and legal teams to ensure contractual obligations are clear and fulfilled.
  3. Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for timely execution and performance.
  4. Maintain organized records of all contract documentation.
  5. Assist with dispute resolution and claims management as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and bonding requirements.
  7. Support bid processes by reviewing tender documents and conducting contract risk assessments.
  8. Provide guidance on contractual terms to internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or related field preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, ideally in construction.
  3. Strong knowledge of contract law, construction documents, and project delivery methods.
  4. Experience with FIDIC Contracts.
  5. Familiarity with solar project contracts, including PPA, EPC agreements, and interconnection agreements.
  6. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project or contract management software is advantageous.
  8. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
