The Role:

As a key member of our team, reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in our contracts processes. We seek an enthusiastic professional, preferably with recruitment sector experience, eager to develop and refine our contracts functions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing contract lifecycle from drafting to completion.
  • Managing contract extensions and transitions.
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant.
  • Updating CRM systems with relevant contractor, sales, compliance, and finance data.
  • Handling timesheet administration with RSM InTime, including onboarding and compliance.
  • Coordinating compliance documentation and maintaining records.
  • Supporting IR35 assessments and W8 classifications for contractors.
  • Managing purchase orders and collaborating with the Compliance Manager to improve processes.
  • Assisting finance with timesheet submissions and maintenance.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in contractor management, compliance, or sales support.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Adaptable to new systems and technology.
