Job Title: Contract Administrator

Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for Contract Administration activities reporting to the Procurement function and supporting the Contract Holder/Contract Company Representative in the effective administration of Contracts within their area of competence.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Contract Administration activities within their competence in accordance with applicable Regulatory Framework.
- Provides support to Contract Holder / Compliance, Vendor Management, and Reporting Coordinator / Procurement Manager on post-award contract management issues.
- Attends handover meetings and receives relevant information from internal functions to carry out tasks efficiently.
- Participates in contractual kick-off and progress meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepares minutes of meetings within their competence.
- Monitors key performance indicators of assigned contracts, such as spending progress and expiry dates.
- Verifies that contractors have supplied all required documentation and that contractual obligations are met.
- Notifies the Contract Holder/User Unit of any irregularities during contract execution.
- Collects performance information and obtains Contract Holder approval for feedback.
- Reviews change requests and assesses disputes during contract execution.
- Shares lessons learned within the company regarding contract administration.
- Reviews claims and assesses applicability of damages or discounts.
- Assists in preparing and reviewing correspondence with contractors on contractual matters.
- Liaises and communicates with contractors, ensuring traceability and involving relevant functions as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Contract Administration.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, contract terms, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Understanding of technical specifications and standards, preferably in the energy sector.

- Organized with strong time management skills.
- Effective communicator with analytical thinking and project management skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks, and post-award contract management processes.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, etc.
