Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Continuous Improvement Implementation Lead to drive cross-functional improvements across OSCC. You will spot opportunities, lead change, and ensure improvements deliver tangible performance, service, quality and customer experience.

Working with operational teams and leaders, you’ll use data and feedback to validate issues, build implementation plans, and maintain risk logs while guiding stakeholders through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• CI and change management approaches to land projects successfully.
• Ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Project management experience or knowledge with strong business awareness.
• Understanding of customers and what matters to them.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives supporting OSCC performance and compliance.
• Maintain risk logs, controls and escalations.
• Inform stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Follow Gate framework to manage projects consistently.
• Agree ways of working with stakeholders, including risk logs and implementation plans.
• Use data to validate issues, identify solutions and deliver benefits.
• Act as CI and business change SME supporting colleagues.
