Job summary

You will lead investigations, develop improvement plans, analyse complex data, and translate findings into clear recommendations while collaborating with senior stakeholders and regulators to deliver environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written communication skills, including producing detailed reports and business cases.
• Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce environmental incidents and improve performance across Water Recycling.
• Coordinate and facilitate reviews following pollution events, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered.
• Own and support delivery of pollution reduction improvement plans.
• Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into evidence-based reports and recommendations.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels and support regulatory submissions.
