Job summary

Culina Logistics, part of Culina Group, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to lead the site CI plan and PMO activities. You will drive improvements across safety, quality, cost and service, and collaborate with regional CI teams to unlock benefits.

The role involves data-driven problem solving, system changes and coaching of site colleagues, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with basic Project Management tools and techniques.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Some knowledge of IT systems (e.g. M-Type, SCE, TMS, Info View).
• Data analysis and solution design.
• MS proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, BI).
• Experience working closely with operations and developing effective working relationships.
• Experience implementing change in challenging environments.
• Experience working in a project environment and of improvement activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the site CI plan and act as PMO for the site.
• Support the Operational Excellence Strategy and facilitate change on site.
• Report progress, risks, issues and benefits for CI and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve health & safety, quality, cost, service and engagement.
• Lead the delivery of small projects to unlock benefits.
• Upskill and coach colleagues on CI, problem solving and work stream management.
• Support major system changes and data gathering for diagnostics and benefits tracking.
• Deliver governance of new operational processes and maintain SOPs.
• Engage stakeholders and support communication strategy for CI activities.
