Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to oversee the site CI plan, act as PMO, and drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People. You will facilitate change, report metrics, and support upskilling of colleagues on CI methods.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering tangible benefits while collaborating with site teams and regional CI leadership.

Qualifications

• Awareness of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in project elements with basic PM tools and techniques.
• Ability to present and train others.
• Some knowledge of IT systems such as M-Type, SCE, TMS, Info View.
• Data analysis and solution design capabilities.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, BI).
• Experience working with operations and building relationships.
• Experience implementing change in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the site CI plan and act as PMO for the site.
• Facilitate change activities to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery and people benefits.
• Report progress, risks and benefits of CI and project activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve health & safety, quality, cost and service.
• Lead small projects to unlock benefits and support upskilling on CI concepts.
• Support major system changes and data gathering for diagnostics and benefits tracking.
• Ensure governance of new operational processes and sustainment of changes.
