Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability in wills, trusts and estates.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Long-term career progression towards Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, trust and estate disputes, challenges to the validity and capacity of wills, and executor and trustee disputes.
