Job summary

G2 Legal is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm for a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE. The role sits within a growing contentious probate practice dealing with high-value estate and will disputes, including Inheritance Act claims.

You will progress to take on greater responsibility, develop technical expertise, and mentor junior members of the team. Flexible location with hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in contentious probate or related litigation.
• Experience with Inheritance Act claims, will disputes, trusts disputes is advantageous.
• Interest in developing contentious probate expertise and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in complex and high-value contentious probate matters.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of cases across probate disputes, wills and trusts.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the practice area.
