The role requires 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate, strong technical ability and excellent client care. The firm supports hybrid/remote working and offers a merit-based path to Partnership within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate or equivalent.
• Experience handling wills, inheritance and trust disputes.
• Strong client care and technical ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex contentious probate matters.
• Handle will, inheritance, trust, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Benefit from mentoring and a clear pathway to Partnership within a supportive team.
