Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Production Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive the ecommerce image production operation, ensuring high-quality content is produced efficiently, on time, and aligned with business priorities.

You will oversee a fast-paced creative studio, leading a Production team and coordinating with Creative, Trade and Buying stakeholders to optimise resources and delivery of digital content. The role is based onsite 5 days a week at City Road Studio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume ecommerce/creative production.
• Strong ability to plan studio scheduling and resource allocation.
• Adept at using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Production team to deliver high-quality content.
• Oversee end-to-end ecommerce image production to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage studio scheduling, shoot planning and resource allocation to support trading deadlines.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as a main production contact for updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
