Job summary

DFS Group is seeking a Content Executive to drive the planning, coordination and execution of content across our DFS and Sofology brands. You will translate marketing plans into briefs, manage timelines, assets and production partners to deliver on-brand content across channels.

You will coordinate shoots, manage content calendars and collaborate with marketing, creative, social and web teams to ensure timely, on-brand outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations, marketing coordination, production management or project delivery roles.
• Strong organisational and workflow management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with agencies, production partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and delivery mindset.
• Confident working with performance data and insight to support continuous improvement.
• Experience with using content management systems (Websphere Commerce preferable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Manager in translating marketing plans into structured content briefs and production plans.
• Own content trackers, schedules and asset libraries to ensure visibility, prioritisation and delivery across brands and channels.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals and dependencies across marketing, creative, social and web teams.
• Track content performance and support reporting dashboards and insight packs.
• Manage the campaign section of the website to ensure digital teams have suitable destinations for activity.
• Lead the optimisation of our UGC collection platform.
• Manage day-to-day operational relationships with creative, production and content agencies, ensuring briefs, feedback, amends and deliveries run smoothly.
• Tracking budgets, scopes and deliverables where required, escalating risks or delays early.
• Supporting Senior manager with reviewing accessibility standards of digital content.
