DFS Group is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support planning, execution and optimization of paid digital marketing across display, social and video channels. You will collaborate with the Group Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business goals and optimized for awareness, engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience with CM360, DV360, GA4, Smartly and major ad platforms.
• Experience managing an external agency.
• Ability to manage feed-based marketing activity and brief development.
• Ability to report on digital marketing metrics and optimise (incl. A/B testing).
• Experience setting up and optimising campaigns in Meta, Pinterest, TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital media measurement.
• Collaborative, proactive with a focus on ROI.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up day-to-day campaign activities with agency partners.
• Report results and KPIs to Group Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Digital Marketing.
• Own direct media relationships with platform partners and develop joint plans.
• Assist with budget management and forecast performance.
• Stay updated on digital media trends and competitor activity.
• Provide technical expertise on ad platforms and feed management.
• Collaborate with Digital Performance & Data team on audiences and creative.
• Coordinate with agencies to optimise platform-specific creatives via Smartly.
