Job summary

DFS Group is seeking a Content Executive in Doncaster to plan, coordinate and execute content for DFS and Sofology brands. You will manage briefs, timelines, assets and processes to ensure on-brand content across channels.

You will work with marketing, creative and web teams, tracking performance, optimising UGC and supporting shoots. The role emphasises operational excellence and delivery, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations or marketing coordination.
• Strong organisational and workflow management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Comfortable working with agencies, production partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and delivery mindset.
• Experience with using content management systems (WebSphere Commerce preferable).

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing plans into clear, structured content briefs and production plans.
• Own content trackers, schedules and asset libraries for visibility and delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals and dependencies across teams.
• Support dashboards and insight packs with content performance data.
• Manage the website campaign section to ensure proper destinations.
• Lead the optimisation of the UGC collection platform.
• Oversee agency and production relationships, briefs and deliveries.
• Track budgets and escalate risks early.
