Job summary

DFS Group is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute and optimise paid digital marketing across display, social and video channels. You will work with the Group Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer awareness, engagement and conversion while ensuring campaigns are joined up with the wider business.

You will collaborate with marketing, commercial and web teams, manage budgets, report on performance, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver impact across platforms

Qualifications

• Experience with CM360, DV360, GA4, Smartly and media ad platforms (inc. Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads).
• Experience managing an external agency.
• Ability to manage feed based marketing activity and optimisations to the feed.
• Ability to report on digital marketing metrics and use data to optimise (including A/B testing).
• Briefing creative requirements aligned to platform best practices.
• Ability to set up, manage and optimise campaigns within Meta, Pinterest and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital media measurement.
• Strong analytical skills to read performance data and drive optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day to day campaign planning and set up with agency partners.
• Reporting results against KPIs and recommending improvements.
• Owning direct media relationships with platform partners and roadmaps.
• Budget management and forecasting within spend limits.
• Keeping up with digital media trends and competitor activity.
• Providing technical expertise on ad platforms and feed management.
• Collaborating with Digital Performance & Data teams to build audiences and optimise creative.
• Working with agencies to develop platform-optimised creative and efficiency improvements.
