Job summary

ICP is seeking a proficient Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across consulting, managed services and creative operations engagements. You will align strategic objectives with execution, oversee a portfolio of projects, and drive unified delivery across cross-functional teams for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and large, complex initiatives.
• Strong command of PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Workfront, and Monday project management tools.
• Familiarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, eCommerce and MarTech ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence, lead teams, and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across multiple consulting and managed service engagements related to marketing operations and digital content.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams with client stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Align program objectives with client goals and ensure measurable, scalable outcomes.
• Manage interdependent timelines, risks, and resources to deliver on time and on budget.
• Identify risks, drive resolution, and maintain governance and reporting cadences.
• Develop program reporting frameworks and translate challenges into action plans.
