Job summary

ICP is seeking a Director, Account Operations to lead a portfolio of accounts, translating client demand into scalable operating models and optimizing delivery across cross-functional teams. You will partner with Client Success Directors to ensure capacity, productivity and continuous improvement while aligning delivery with client outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, governance, and operational discipline to improve quality, efficiency, and client value across the ICP delivery

Qualifications

Significant experience leading delivery operations in complex client environments.
Proven ability to translate client outcomes into scalable operating models and delivery plans.
Strong commercial awareness and capacity to improve delivery economics without compromising outcomes.

Responsibilities

Act as senior operational delivery partner to Client Success Director and client stakeholders.
Translate client priorities into a clear delivery model executable by teams.
Build trusted client relationships through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving.
Provide clients and teams with clear delivery performance, risks, dependencies and actions.
Represent operational health of ICP’s delivery model in governance and planning.
Lead resource planning and deployment within the portfolio to meet delivery demand.
