360insights is seeking a Program Manager to act as the primary client contact and lead operational management and reporting for client programs. You will partner with clients and internal teams to meet SLAs and drive high-performing programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Client Program Management, Customer Success, Account Management or Client Operations.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Comfort with data, dashboards and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational client requests from intake to resolution.
• Collaborate with technical/service teams on VIP/client requests.
• Deliver regular operational reporting and dashboards.
• Manage program performance, risks and escalations.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
