Job summary

ICP in London seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale engagement across consulting, managed services and creative operations. You will align strategic objectives with execution, overseeing a portfolio of projects and ensuring unified delivery across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has deep program leadership, knowledge of marketing/content operations, and the ability to drive enterprise outcomes through structured, service-oriented delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets and large initiatives.
• Strong command of PMBOK, Agile and hybrid project management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Workfront and Monday.
• Familiarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, eCommerce or MarTech systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence, lead teams and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across multiple consulting and managed service engagements.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, client stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Align program objectives with client goals to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Manage interdependent timelines, risks and resources for on-time delivery.
• Identify risks/dependencies; facilitate resolution and escalation as needed.
• Develop program reporting framework and performance benchmarks.
• Translate challenges into actionable plans across teams.
• Maintain governance structures and stakeholder communications at strategic levels.
