Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
- Collaborate with the Brand Team to define and agree on digital brand strategy for consistent online messaging.
- Ensure brand cohesion across all digital touchpoints eg. Paid media, brand website, CRM etc.
- Work with Digital & Media Manager and Global teams to deliver best-in-class content & media
- Finger on the pulse of beauty, digital & media trends; staying up-to-date and attending industry events where possible.
Digital Content
- Own the digital content strategy and content calendar
- Lead and main POC for content agency. Accountable for 100% accurate & timely briefs, feedback & approval.
- Ensure sufficient content is created in line with media plan, all content is fit-for-platform, legally compliant, brand approved and delivered on time.
- Ownership of content performance. Ensure content is analysed, evaluated and optimised in line with learnings to drive improvement.
Paid Media
- Understanding of all paid media channels, and full comprehension of digital media plans & post-campaign analysis reports with Digital & Media Manager
- Work with agency to understand content sufficiency; at different budget levels, platforms and lengths of campaigns.
- Evaluate success of content/ creative within each campaign, including influencer content; setting up creative testing as needed.
Retail Media
- Part of THG core group. Work with KAM on media analysis, optimisation, and evaluation.
- Opportunity to build out retail media scope with other e-retailers
Brand Website Management
- Manage brand website, ensuring regular updates for optimal brand representation, and adherence to guidelines
- Liaise with the Global team for content and website changes.
- Contribute to website optimisation in accordance with the latest SEO guidelines
- Analyse & measure website performance, reporting on key metrics eg. Traffic, engagement, bounce rate
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Co-own and develop UK CRM strategy, and test & learn plan, with Digital & Media Manager to achieve CRM objectives
- Own the development of the CRM content calendar
- Recruit, maintain and enrich customer database for quality connections and data
Collaboration with Wider teams
- Point person to work with trade team on digital POS needs (UTMs, analysis etc)
- Collaborate with community manager to monitor and analyse paid media sentiment; report findings back to wider team & implement learnings into future content
- Support influencer manager with content strategy implementation
- Responsible for day-to-day budget management and PO’s
Person Specification
- 3+ years experience in digital media campaign management and/or content management and creation.
- Experience in optimising and providing actionable insights on media campaigns and/or creative to drive continual improvement
- Experience in managing agency relationships, leading briefings and providing constructive feedback.
- Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Self-starter who is not afraid to get stuck in and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Values working as part of a team, and confident in leading own workstreams
- Creative thinker with a passion for media, creative and consumer-first mindset
- Skilled communicator with strong presentation skills, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
- Budget management experience desired
- Passion for beauty/ skincare industry; experience desired but not mandatory
